Key Responsibilities

For Cosmetologists:

• Deliver high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, and specialized treatments tailored to client needs

• Personalize each appointment by understanding individual client goals and preferences

• Provide product recommendations and aftercare guidance to support long-term hair health

• Stay current with trends, techniques, and ongoing professional education

For Nail Technicians:

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail art, and specialty treatments

• Customize services based on client preferences, nail health, and desired results

• Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and product use

• Maintain awareness of current nail trends, techniques, and sanitation standards

Shared Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and visually appealing workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

• Manage time effectively to stay on schedule and accommodate daily bookings

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by supporting fellow professionals and salon operations

• Perform well in a busy environment while remaining organized, professional, and composed

• A licensed Cosmetologist or Nail Technician with hands-on salon experience

Summary:
Her Alibi is seeking a motivated and professional receptionist to join our team. We are dedicated to finding a candidate who excels in their role.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.

• Assist stylists, nail technicians, and massage therapists.

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant reception experience.

• Manage the salon's appointment calendar.

• Prepare and serve coffee to clients.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• Handle a busy environment efficiently.
